In 2023, QCOMM processed roughly 125,000 calls for service between all of its agencies. These calls are then dispatched out to first responders based off of type and jurisdiction.
In 2023, QCOMM processed roughly 173,000 phone calls through its system. These calls include 911, outbound administrative, and inbound non-emergency phone calls.

QCOMM911 dispatchers showing support for local businesses affected during the pandemic stay at home orders. Along with all first responders, our dispatchers continued to serve the public daily.
There are 9 identical consoles at QCOMM911. Each has two 49" curved monitors (center) that hold our Central Square Technologies Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) software. The CAD is used to monitor the movements of our first responders and calls for service. Our Solacom phone system (left) has 2 monitors that house the phone and mapping software. On the right is our Harris Symphony console P25 radio,
QCOMM was formed in 2017 after a state mandate. We opened our doors in January 2019.
